World Book Day

Thursday 5th March 2009

World Book Day was celebrated once again in our school. We started the day with a whole school assembly. This is always a very exciting time, as the children are able to find out what everyone has dressed up as.

The assembly was led by 'The Very Lazy Ladybird' and had 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' talking about her favourite book!

 Whilst this was all taking place 'Elmer the Elephant' was busy taking photos so that you are able to see what fun we had!

Governors kindly came in and read stories.

The children also enjoyed sharing stories with other classes.
